Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Fluxy Brand Group LLC aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a build requirement here, not a retrofit.

What we have done

• Semantic HTML with correct landmarks and a logical heading hierarchy
• A visible skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element (2px, 3:1 contrast against adjacent colours)
• Full keyboard operability, including arrow-key navigation for filters and accordions
• Focus trapped inside the navigation overlay while open, and returned to the trigger on close
• ARIA used correctly and sparingly — aria-pressed for toggles, aria-expanded for disclosures, live regions for content that updates
• Text contrast meeting or exceeding 4.5:1 for body copy and 3:1 for large text
• Full prefers-reduced-motion support: scroll-linked animation resolves to its end state, decorative motion is disabled
• Text that reflows to 320px without horizontal scrolling, and remains usable at 200% zoom
• Meaningful alternative text on informative images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology
• Form fields with visible persistent labels — never placeholder-only — and errors that name the problem in text, not colour alone

Known limitations

We publish these rather than claim perfection:

• JavaScript dependency. Some pages render their content with JavaScript. With scripts disabled, parts of a page may not display. Core contact information is available without scripts.
• Third-party content. Embedded or linked third-party material may not meet the same standard.
• Scroll-linked animation. The home page uses scroll-driven motion. It is disabled entirely under prefers-reduced-motion, but if you experience discomfort, please tell us.

How we assess

We self-evaluate using automated testing (axe DevTools), manual keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader testing, and browser zoom and reflow checks. This site has not undergone a third-party audit. That is an honest statement of scope, not a claim of full conformance.
